Much of commercial recorded music and speech is now digitized; it has become effortless to find a CD or MP3 of your most beloved vinyl records.  But what about old home recordings?  Family recordings?  Old performances or rehearsals?  Many times, I have come across someone who has old recordings and wants to have them digitized in order to better share them across the internet, or enjoy them on a modern stereo.

With all of the media transfers at The Pajama Room, careful attention is given to each recording as they may one-of-a-kind and irreplaceable.  Each recording is restored individually, considering many factors such as the physical condition, the sound of the record, the type of material that is recorded, and many other elements.  The use of professional noise reduction software helps to lower the noise floor, giving you the best signal-to-noise ratio possible.  Your recording is then optimized for CD or other digital delivery medium.
